Prior to opening PMI Mountain Gateway, Michael was dedicated to public service. Michael served 15 years as a sworn law enforcement officer with a city Police Department and a metro Atlanta Sheriff’s Office. After his career in law enforcement, Michael had a professional career as a Senior Project Manager for one of the top government software companies in the United States. Michael also served as Board President for a large-scale Homeowner’s Association with an annual operating budget of over $500,000. Michael has served in many board level roles throughout his career working with such organizations as the Boy Scouts of America, Learning for Life, and the Humane Society.
Living in Georgia most of his life, he had the opportunity to live and travel all over the United States in his project management role but found Georgia to be where he wanted to call home. Michael decided that the need for professional property management was something needed in the North Georgia area and wanted to align with the top property management company. He found that Property Management Incorporated was the best option to provide the highest quality for the North Georgia residents.
Joe joined the PMI Mountain Gateway team through an acquisition. Prior to the acquisition, Joe was the Broker/Owner of Cosner Realty and Appraisal which was located in downtown Cleveland. Prior to the acquisition, Cosner Realty was one of the oldest Real Estate agencies in White County. Joe has served the North Georgia area for over 30 years as both a Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker. He has served on the Board of Directors of the local Realtor board.
As the Broker, Joe handles the Real Estate portfolio for PMI Mountain Gateway. He is responsible for the management of our Real Estate Salespersons, escrow and trust accounts supervision, and working with sellers/buyers.
