Michael brings his professional and HOA knowledge to help your rental property succeed. With over 10 years of experience as a project manager for two national software companies he brings the dedication of sound budget management and cost optimization to the PMI Mountain Gateway team. He managed multiple projects ranging in size from $30,000 to $2 Million. With 15 years of law enforcement experience, he brings his ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and with a drive for success. Retiring at the rank of Captain, he has the experience of managing capital projects. From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Board of Directors President for a 350-home community association with an operating budget of over $500,000. He also volunteered as the Chief Financial Officer of the Law Enforcement Explorer Association of Georgia from 2005 to 2010. Michael received his Project Management Professional Certification in 2018 from the Project Management Institute.
